Freezer Repast Beef and Bean Burrito

Prep Time: ten minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Total Time: twoscore minutes

Servings: 8 burritos

  • 2 two/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • eight cloves of garlic minced
  • salt
  • one/3 loving cup minced fresh cilantro

  • 1/4 loving cup tomato paste
